Olive Oil Single Estate the Super Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Magnesia, Eastern Thessaly

There are pro’s and con’s which affect our industry and our products. Soil, climat ,schist soil for example is extracted from depths over 100m From the Grand Canyon and is sold as organic fertiliser at 17 dollars per kg.
The temperate climate and the winds of the Aegean are conducive to the robust growth of olive trees as well as providing sufficient quantities of sodium for moisture and wild life preservation.

Healthy diet, above all regular blood circulation and arterial vein cleansing as well as a good Neurotransmitter balance in the cortex of the brain.
The cons are on the main the lack of rainfall due to climate change as well as very high temperatures in the summer months and the uncertainty of olive harvests which can fluctuate from year to year and from area to area.

The Supply and Demand element and price fluctuations can be very detrimental for Olive Oil producers who find themselves trapped by constantly rising labour and energy costs. Most consumers are intent to look for price first

Ignoring quality and health factors. At best a top quality EVOO does not not cost cost more than €0.40 per day.
Olive Presses as many if not most of their clientele are not genuinely organic growers. As referred previously the World   Olive Oil Organisation admits that over 80% of Olive Oil is adulterated or fraudulent. A recent survey conducted by the BBC proved that biggest suppliers of EVOO and large supermarket chains sell fraudulent olive oil. Our Olive press issues a Certificate and accurate classification of results. These we dispatch to our customers. We supply selective restaurants of high quality cuisines.

Olive Oil needs a minimum of 3 varieties of fruit to blend into a well balanced and longer life product. For instance a Bordeaux is based on Cabernet Sauvignon grape at 50%, Merlot at 30% and 1 other of several types in the area whereas a Chateauneuf Du Pape consists of 12 varieties.
In Olive Oil a similar order of blending applies based on the local variety and 2 other purely for oil. Our blends are based on Amphissa main variety + Koroneiki, Manaki, Arberquina and Kalamon varieties.
